I’M ALIREZA RAZZAGHZADEH
Hi,
This is Alireza Razagh Zadeh. I was born in Tehran, Iran.
I seek for different ways to pursue my dreams. I love coffee and I work both as a coffee roaster and as a barista. My acquaintance with coffee began since my very first days in the university. I enjoy working in a café and therefore communicating with the costumers.
First, I participated in a barista raining course and after working in various cafes in Tehran, I went to Georgia to continue my activity as the head barista in Soulmate coffee and bakery. The very experience of working beside Mr. Yagiz Arslan and Ms. Esmira Houseinova in the best café of Tbilisi was indeed pretty practical and helpful for me. Working in this café, I was given the gift of a professional and practical experience in my career. Afterwards I contracted with Moa roastery and was hired as the quality control administrator. Having returned to Tehran, I got involved in working with Moa company beside holding various courses for the baristas of the organizations associated with this company in Moa factory’s own place. In addition to this, I did hold other courses such as instructing Nan-e-Sahar’s baristas, collin factory’s sales team , Rubis coffee factory’s team in Turkey, and other instructing jobs in other cities of Iran namely, Gorgan, Tabriz and Kerman.
Proceeded with this, I entered the project of coffee roasting. The professional and unique view of Robert Mcgregor towards the project of roasting and quality controlling of the production, has impressed me a great deal.
Coffee bean’s roasting is different from the whole other stages of this industry.
After two years of cooperation with Moa company as a coffee roaster and as a quality control administrator, I confirmed the cooperation proposal from Rubis company in Turkey and eventually I came to Turkey in order to commence my activity. I joined the specialty coffee association in this country and successfully finished the introduction to coffee, green coffee bean, sensory, roast , barista and brewing course with respected Ms. Asli Yaman , Mr. Serif Basaran and Mr. Ashkan Faraji.
Meanwhile, participating in online courses of Mr. Scott Rao taught me valuable and practical lessons in the project of roasting.
then i decide to change my job opportunity and turn a new brand as NİJİ COFFEE CO with dear KEVSER ATMACA .
we turn this company just in 2 weeks which was a great team work , from A to Z!
Now I am 26 and I am CHAMPION of 2022 SCA TURKEY BREWERS CUP also continue my journay in NİJİ COFFEE CO , pursuing my occupation around coffee more professionally.
